K2D Children's Ministry and Vertex Student Ministry are partnering together to host the Legacy Project at West Houston Church of Christ! This annual event will be focused on helping families pass down the legacy of faith to their children - a faith that lasts beyond high school.

This year’s speaker is Dr. Walt Mueller. Walt is the founder and President of the Center for Parent/Youth Understanding, a non-profit organization serving schools, churches, and community organizations across the U.S, Canada, and worldwide in their efforts to strengthen families. Walt has been working with young people and families for over 35 years. He is a recognized authority on youth culture and family issues and has appeared on numerous media outlets internationally to discuss teenagers and their world. https://cpyu.org/

The Legacy Project is Sunday, October 14, from 4-6 pm at the West Houston Church of Christ. Childcare will be available for infant through 5th grade children. Teenagers can join their parents to hear the speaker - teenagers who are in Vertex can talk to Dave or Meredith to help with childcare. Cost is $20 per household. We are not excepting cash payments so all payments must be made online.
